I’m working on a Tourism exercise and need support.Click the link below and view the Ted Talk: https://www.ted.com/talks/patrick_mcginnis_how_to_…Part 1:Discuss the video. Which decisions in this business are low stakes? Which are high stakes? One of the biggest challenges with new managers is getting them to make decisions. The worst decision is no decision. Do you think this video would help someone with that learning process? How? Discuss. ___________________________________________ Part 2: You should comment on another student’s post. And to follow the rules for discussion forums.================================Decision making can be hard to do for most people, myself included, and it becomes even bigger as a manager of a business. Decisions a manager makes can be bigger than in one’s personal life, because they can affect the staff and customers. Some are small, like aesthetic choices to an establishment, but a big one could be starting a new store and choosing its location. A location can affect how many customers and what type of customers come into an establishment. I liked the processes and ideas in the video, but I think in management, a bigger emphasis should be placed on discussing big decisions with others. A great way to strengthen a team and built trust between a manager and employees is to include them in the decision making process. Of course, they don’t have to be an essential role in big decisions, but I think that asking for their help in developing ideas to reform policies or find a better layout to a certain area could be big in bringing a team together.Rachel =================================Please remember to follow the discussion protocol:In order to make discussions productive and meaningful, the following guidelines apply:1- Each student will provide an initial response to the Discussion Topic and then at least one comment to someone else’s response. All responses MUST also be substantive and meaningful. No one word, one line, or Facebook-style answers.2- Appropriate “NETIQUETTE” should be followed for all postings. Be polite.3- There are up to 40 points available. (20 points for the initial post and 20 points for the required response)4- Grammar, Capitalization, and Punctuation will count toward your grade. Requirements: Requirements: Part 1= 150 words >>> Part = 100 words
