I’m studying and need help with a History question to help me learn. In this week’s discussion, you may comment on the questions below or you may write about something you read in the news this week related to controversy in education (include the reference).Frederick Hess, in the introduction to Common Sense Reform, makes a sharp distinction between what he describes “status quo reformers” and “common sense reformers.” The former is comprised of the educational establishment (teachers, principals, PTAs, etc) who believe that the educational system is doing all that it can to improve the educational system. These “reformers” propose incremental tinkering, often accompanied by incessant calls for more money to implement their reforms. Conversely, to common sense reformers, effective reforms require structural changes to the status quo. These include holding schools accountable for performance, compensating teachers and principles based on performance, and proving competition to the public schools. After reading the Hess chapter, assess Hess’s argument. Do you agree or disagree with him? Why or why not?IPLEASE PROVIDE A ONE PAGE RESPONSE TO THESE QUESTIONS IN TOTAL. Requirements: 1 PAGE
