Read Chapter 16.  In your first post, think of an organziation you are familiar with, either as an employee, a customer or some other role.  When you consider the employees of that organization and their managers, what economic AND cross-cultural challenges do you think come into play AND how do you think managers either DO or COULD address them?  Illustrate your point with as much of an example(s) as you can and use the concepts and  vocabulary from the chapter.
